If you would like to order online from us then we can set up a member account for you. All you have to do is apply for an account with us. There are two ways to do this depending on if you are a new or existing customer. Then within 5 to 7 working days we will email you the login details.
If you are a new customer then all you have to do is download the below application form, fill it in and either post it back to the address on the right or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that you sign this document and attach a copy of the following:
- Photographic ID, a passport or drivers licence
- Utility Bill of Home Address & Business
If you are an existing customer, then just email us the below information:
- Your name
- Name of your business
- Your Customer Id/Account Number
- Number of accounts that you want
- Name and email address for each account
